The purpose of this Information is to explain the principles under which your personal data is processed and to outline your basic rights related to the processing of your personal data by us.

Acting under Article 13(1) and (2) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) (Official Journal of the EU L 119, p. 1), we hereby inform you that:

  1. The administrator of your personal data is Grupa Solaron Sp. z o.o., based in Bolechowo Osiedle, 26 Obornicka Street;
  2. The administrator has not appointed a Data Protection Officer; however, you can contact the administrator regarding data protection matters at +48 61 677 22 01 or by email at rodo@solaron.pl;
  3. The personal data of the Contractor will be processed solely for purposes related to the execution of the contract. The legal basis for processing personal data is:
    • for contract execution – the contract/business transaction;
    • otherwise – voluntary consent of the Contractor pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR;
  4. Recipients of your personal data will include:
    • the administrator and representatives of the administrator,
    • employees of the administrator and external entities,
    • external entities providing IT support to the administrator,
    • other recipients, if required by applicable law;
  5. The Contractor’s personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract and for the period required by law for archiving data related to contract execution;
  6. The Contractor has the right to access their data, rectify it, delete it, restrict processing, request data portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent to processing at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
  7. The Contractor has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if they believe the processing of their personal data violates GDPR;
  8. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for purposes related to establishing and performing the contract;
  9. The Contractor’s personal data will be processed both in an automated manner and in other ways.
